Refund, Cancellation and Reschedule Policy

For 4 hand, sensual and erotic massages, a 40% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.

1:1 Remedial/Reiki/Relaxation/Traditional deep tissue bookings do not require a deposit to be secured.

Bookings can be rescheduled at any time, including on the day of the booking.

Deposits are carried over to rescheduled bookings, or can be credited as a gift voucher to the client if it is uncertain when the next possible appointment could be. 

Special Consideration for Discreet Clients

Discreet clients who are unable to book using the online booking system, due to the need for discretion, can make bookings directly with our masseurs.

If a discreet client needs to reschedule or cancel, they are expected to PAYID to our company ABN (which will be provided at the time of cancellation/rescheduling) 40% of the value of the original booking, which will act as a credit for a future booking. 

Clients who do not comply with the above policies risk our services being unavailable to them in future. 

Confidentiality

Client services and information are confidential.

Professional Service Policy

We provide a highly skilled, sensitive, professional bodywork service. Respectful behaviour appropriate to the appointment type is expected of clients. This can include; arriving to the appointment in a sober-enough state for consent, flirtatious and sensual behaviour within the expectations of the appointment type, transparent discussion regarding needs and desires and adhering to behavioural agreements that are made prior to or during the session.

Client Agreement

I understand that I may request to upgrade the session at any time during the session, that this incurs the fee expected of the upgraded session, and that the request may be granted by the bodywork therapist at their discretion.

I acknowledge that bodywork therapy is not a substitute for medical examination or diagnosis.

It is my choice to receive bodywork as a form of therapy. 

I understand that the treatment given is designed to provide care and/or pleasure to the wholeistic body (physical, emotional, identity etc) using manual therapies, sensual/sexual exploration and confidential dialogue.

I also understand that at any time I feel pain or discomfort during the session, I will immediately inform my bodywork therapist so they adjust. 

I understand that my bodywork therapist may reasonably cease the session at any time.

I will/have stated my pertinent and relevant medical and psychological conditions to my bodywork therapist.

I understand that my failure to disclose pertinent or relevant medical and psychological conditions may pose a threat to my health and/or physical well-being and I waive any liability whatsoever arising from failure on my part to transparently disclose.
